the product arrived as quoted and the quality of the radio was very good except for not all the correct wiring was sent so that it would be compatible to my vehicle by year make and model other than that everything else was fine. I tried to speak to someone in the email and she was very, very very unprofessional and was very short. Give me answers like you know I was asking if there was more wiring that should’ve came with it. That’s what my installer told me because the harness wasn’t even included, it’s called the canbus which is a part of the wiring that will help the new system to work with the OEM steering wheel wiring and my DVD player in the back all I want is the correct wiring and everything will be great, but she was so unprofessional and didn’t continue to try to have a good resultshe just ignored me for the rest of the night. Terrible customer service, I had problems with the head unit and they kept saying take it to a shop when i install these radios professionally and am educated in this. They were being very rude whenever i ask any questions. The canbus on the radio wasn’t working and when i told them that they kept insisting i’m installing it wrong. Asked for a return or reimbursement or help with the product and they ghosted me.
